By default, if you publish an app, it will contain the Bravo logo on the app icon and splash screen. You can remove this with the custom branding feature, it's nice to have when you don’t want users to know the app is created with Bravo Studio. Custom branding is included in the app add-ons upgrades.
What is “app build”?
Builds are the native app files (called AAB for Android, and IPA for iOS) of your app that you can upload directly to the app stores. One build is one app file requested, meaning if you request a IPA and an AAB for the same app, it is 2 builds. Learn more about requesting builds.
What is “app sharing”?
App sharing means you can privately distribute your app from Bravo Studio to anyone to view and try out on their mobile device using the Bravo Vision previewer. Learn more about app sharing.
How does the free trial work?
The Olé plan has a 7-day free trial for you to test the power features! Sign up to Olé and add a payment method to start. You will not be charged until the trial is over. We will also send you a reminder before your trial period ends. After the trial ends, you'll be automatically subscribed to the Olé plan and the monthly billing cycle will start from the trial end date.
How will I get charged if cancel my plan after the trial?
You will be charged for the current billing period and your Olé plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I cancel my account plan at any time?
Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the prepaid period (when the year or month expires). Bravo does not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the contracted period ends. Please keep in mind that both plans (yearly and monthly) are automatically recurring. Therefore, if you wish to unsubscribe you should cancel your plan before your prepaid period ends.
What payment methods do you support?
We support all major credit cards globally through Stripe, our payment gateway service. At no point does Bravo Studio itself have access to your card details.
What happens to your published apps if you downgrade?
If you downgrade an add-on app to a regular app, the published app will immediately display a blocked message to the app users until you publish a new build. The build must be requested after the downgrade. This build will include Bravo branding. If you downgrade to the free plan, the published app will start to display a blocked message to the app users after the current billing cycle ends, or until you publish a new build. You must remove all premium features from you app and downgrade from an add-on app before you request the new build to remove the blocked message.
Can I get the source codes of the apps?
No, Bravo does not export the source code (for cases like integrating closed source framework or adding custom functionalities). Bravo's focus is to generate the app bundles (IPA and APK) directly for publication. If there are functionalities that Bravo doesn't have yet, we would love to hear your suggestions to consider integrating them as part of the platform.
